as of today, @aidan is officially a co-owner of anti software software club LLC1! our operating agreement prescribes a one-year candidacy period for new employees of the company before they become co-owners, and while it was pretty much a foregone conclusion for most of that year that we'd elect her, it would've required getting our lawyer involved to change the operating agreement to let us waive that candidacy period and that seemed like a lot of work we didn't want to do.
her one year just expired, so we held the meeting to elect her and we did! she’s now $250 (the face value of one share of the company) poorer, but also owns 1/3 of the company, which is worth way less than $250 on the books right now. so condolences, I guess.
