What were some of the possible projects for ASSC, other than cohost or something like comradely?
that was actually it, pretty much. we started with working on a patreon competitor in october 2019. i got really sick (maybe covid??? impossible to know) in december 2019, colin got covid in february/march 2020, these completely killed our momentum.
comradery announced in july 2020 (i think), we had some talks with them about joining forces but decided not do because of incompatible ideas on funding/business structure/etc (nothing against them at all, it just didn't work out), and decided to pivot to social media. there actually wasn't an in-between there.
we've got some other stuff we might want to do Some Day but it'll be a bit until we can.
