finally realized i have enough space to work on my car now so, for the first time in YEARS, was able to change my own oil.
also fixed my rear bumper cover1 which was simultaneously easy (just take it off, reseat some stuff, and put it back on) and extremely hard (mostly because i misaligned the center trunk section and was too stubborn to take it back off and do it again so i had to really work it into the right place) but it WORKED and now my bumper is fully mounted correctly again :)
also it was 90ยบ (feels like 99ยบ) the entire time so now i'm dehydrated BUT. car! was finally able to do my own car again! wow! feels great :)

got rear ended during a storm a while ago, insurance didn't pay for it, but it was mostly a glancing blow so it knocked clips loose rather than really breaking anything
the good news about (a) having space (b) the engine warranty finally expiring is that, once the essentials are done, i can start doing some real Sickos Shit to my car, which has been the dream for a while
i have a todo list featuring both Practical items (e.g. automatic headlight retrofit, LED daytime running lights, etc) and Stupid items (e.g. cold air intake, jb4 tuner, catback exhaust, etc)
