THE GOOD NEWS: weber was out from under the bed almost all night last night, coming out about 30m after Lights Out, and has been out and about in my room just about all day
THE BAD NEWS: there was a lot of Creature To Creature Communication (derogatory) happening between him and bradley through the door and. i did not get very much sleep.

Our cat Pico recently passed away, leaving behind his sister Nano. We are big brain geniouses, so we decided to get two new kittens to fill the void.
It's been a slow and careful process with a lot of meticulous isolation and controlled meetings to try and mitigate the Creature Communication (derogatory).
It's been about two weeks and there are signs of easing, but it has been tense and stressful at times! Please hang in there and give my love to bradley and weber 🥰

((Unfortunately the new kittens do not have cool themed names, though we did debate ruby and perl at one point, but neither of us code in those languages and we decided against it. Jokingly I call the jet black cat VOID POINTER and therefore by extension her adoptove sister is NULL VALUE but it turns out that Void is an extreme sweetheart and I'm old and soft and I thought she should have a pretty name, so now she's Luna and her sister gets a pretty name to match, so now she's Maple.))
