If you really like binge-reading wikipedia or watching youtube videos where people explain things to you; and you also like reading science fiction, then I highly recommend the writing of Ted Chiang. I've been reading Stories of Your Life and Other Stories which is a short story collection by him and it's so satisfying to read. All of his stories are like, lots and lots of highly legible and accessible explanations of actual scientific concepts being used to tell really fascinating stories of theoretical scenarios where those concepts get completely turned on their heads. Like a story where a woman has a mental breakdown because she proves that arithmetic is inconsistent by creating an undeniable theorem that can prove any two numbers are equivalent; which as a story explains a lot of theoretical math concepts. Or of course the titular Story of Your Life which the movie Arrival was based on, which explains tons and tons of real world linguistics and physics concepts in a really accessible way while exploring how an alien species completely subverts all of those real concepts.
Really really fun and satisfying to read. They're not fast-paced but they're very good. A fun mix of fiction and non-fiction as an experience.
