The average human male height is, depending on country, between 5'3-5'11 (as far as I know). You can round that up to 6'. Lacey, at slightly less that 9', should only be slightly more than half again the height of a human man.
good observation, but try not to think about it too hard. Accuracy is not important (especially considering she's an anthropormorphic raccon with a giant dumptruck.)
