I'm a game developer, professionally!

You may know me from things like: Where the Water Tastes Like Wine, The Museum of Mechanics: Lockpicking, Gone Home, Bioshock 2, or maybe something else.

Right now I work as a Technical Narrative Designer at Remedy Entertainment in Stockholm, Sweden

Perhaps there are other aspects of my personality that may also be revealed here on this website

Look I know it's been a while since it came out. While I bought it at release I haven't played it until recently because I was lacking a working controller - and yes, you should play with a controller if possible.

But you have to play this game. It's amazing in its own right, but also this is my new favorite way to watch movies. I really believe that Sam Barlow has invented the correct paradigm for the future of "interactive movies", way better than anything Netflix could ever. All of his games are also a perfect fit for "couch co-op" with anyone at all, even people who aren't gamers.

Heed the content warnings in the menu, but please play IMMORTALITY.

I don't have an answer yet because I'm not done with the game by any stretch (I got the What Happened... achievement but do not yet feel satisfied) but I think there's Something Going On. One of the first Night Show clips talks about how she looks younger than her actual age and... I think there's a narrative answer, basically.

Yup, my partner and I played this every night after dinner as a pass-the-controller co-op game and it just rules as that kind of experience. Unlocked everything until we had a firm grasp of every layer of this story, and we kept discussing things like detectives. By far our favorite experience together last year.
