I'm a game developer, professionally!

You may know me from things like: Where the Water Tastes Like Wine, The Museum of Mechanics: Lockpicking, Gone Home, Bioshock 2, or maybe something else.

Right now I work as a Technical Narrative Designer at Remedy Entertainment in Stockholm, Sweden

Perhaps there are other aspects of my personality that may also be revealed here on this website

you can pick 8 guys called ian (for example: Electric Ian) for a "mega man" style arbitrary-order action platformer game. whats your loadout?

(i will accept bending spellings a little for things like Non-Euclid Ian)

Deb Ian (inspired by this post), Pleb Ian (bending the spelling here), Rad Ian (fiercely hated by the previous Ian), Magic Ian, Technic Ian (the ability you gain from this boss defeats Magic Ian, and vice versa), Tactic Ian, Logic Ian (I was getting a bit desperate to fill up the numbers at this point, but I do like these two), and finally, End Ian

So to start, I'll grab Linguistic Ian, to help me get the rest of the team. He suggests Metaphysic Ian, who bends existence itself to his will. To have a chance of this game getting the Excellence in Visual Art award, I'm next going to select Aesthetic Ian. He's very pretty, although not much of a threat. But in order to defeat him, you'll have to find him! No mean feat when I have Labyrinth Ian on my side. In keeping with the mythological theme, let's go for Gorgon Ian. And don't get too cocky; the very forces of Hell are arrayed against you, for here's Antichrist Ian. What could be worse than him?!? Well, there's Senator Ian.

And for the obligatory underwater level I'll pick Ichthyosaur Ian.

in reply to @mojilove's post:

My tendency would be to pick names that lend themselves to "why did Wily make robots that do THAT" robots appearing throughout the levels. So, you know, for instance, Perm Ian, for the encounter with the hairdryer with eyes and legs.
