Oh! I should actually link the video in question. You like Warlockracy? He discusses Eastern European sociopolitics, coming into them with a wilfully brainwormed tone ("if I were a Russian politician I would simply not rent above the first floor. I would also never drink nor eat anything, ever"), amidst his coverage of CRPGs
