One thing that can be frustrating about finding recipes is that the availability of specific ingredients available in the states, which is the major source of media like recipes/cooking youtube videos, is so much greater than the rest of the world (in my still limited experience of the world outside the US), and so it just feels obvious when people are talking that they're really only talking to ppl who they're assuming are living in the states and even within the states they're talking to ppl who they assume don't live in food deserts which idk is a gripe I have
