I would recommend getting small indidividually wrapped candies you can suck on inside your mask if your blood sugar gets too low. there's also small fans you could wear around your neck to blow air away from your face while you have to unmask to eat

Seconding the rec from @rat-rot about the SIP mask valves & adding a link for a portable air purifier option. My go-to is the MA-10 from Medify, which I keep in my purse: https://medifyair.com/collections/air-purifiers/products/ma-10-air-purifier

Also worth considering is maintaining your mask seal at least until the plane is high in the air, because the cabin filtration systems aren't active on the ground and the air remains stagnant with crazy high co2 levels.

If possible, you could also make use of the air nozzles above the the seats in addition to blasting a portable air purifier towards your face. You'll want to aim for displacing as much of the air around you as possible.
