I'm writing about Sonic Adventure for a future video and I can't get over how good it feels to reminisce. I've discovered that I really love talking about my childhood and calling myself a girl even in memories where I didn't know I was a girl yet.
Also it is a little embarrassing how many of my memories of my young life relate to Sonic. My first grade best friend and I bonded over Sonic. I still call it "Sonic DX" instead of "Sonic Adventure Deluxe" because that was what it was to me when I was a little girl of 6.
How could you expect a 6 year old girl to see that cover and then not call the game "Sonic DX?"
Anyway, prepare for me to embark on the long transfeminine tradition of being really obsessed with Sonic the Hedgehog for a bit.
