ugggggh this transfer from low-cost cell phone carrier to even lower-cost cell phone carrier is being pure fucking hell i'm fucking legitimately crying from the stress

#finally managed to naviagte the phone tree enough to actually get a hold of someone #but then the audio quality of the line is so shitty i literally cannot make out what the representative is saying and it's #anyway if this SIM card doesn't arrive in the mail soon #then i'm like #have to pay the old carrier anyway AND get the new service revoked due to 'guess you didn't need it after all since you're not using it"#i CAN'T use it since you require me to use your stupid other SIM card that didn't arrive!!#not to mention ugh #activating the damn thing when and if it does arrive #having to go through your phone tree again #just *SCREAMS*
