its good everypony agrees its a really good movie that people have gotten away with saying its bad because of mario mario and sub par puppetry work but fuck them this movie rocks
the whole not wantong to outright kill the monarch you dethrowned you instead turn them into a pile of fungus so you can still marry into the royal bloodline later while ruling now but that backfires when the mycelium lord infects the whole world with mold and fungus networks to aid dissadents and hamper your regime so you have to implement rigorous anti fungal checkpoints to keep any and all mold away from high security areas to limit the power of the fungus king while people in the streets in hushed tones speak of the lost kings power and lowkey worship the fungus is in short, ThE FUNNIEST INTERPITATION OF THE WORDS MUSHROOM KINGDOM
