In Street Fighter VI, the poem Akuma recites during his Shun Goku Satsu comes from Nakahira Masahiko's 1997-98 manga, RYU FINAL.

I can't tell what he's saying in English for the second line, but the first line is the usual "Die a thousand deaths," the third line seems to be "Embrace the sorrow," and the last line is "Become the demon."
