astute observers of the cohost changelog will note my "doing" notes have been the same for quite a while now, and for good reason!
at the start of 2023, Cohost had 3,000 tickets in our support backlog. Today, that backlog sits around 500. Here's a cool graph:

From here, it's pretty easy to see what happened. We launched Cohost!
Y'all loved it! Y'all also needed a lot of help, reported a lot of bugs, and requested a lot of features. After some hiring (hi) and some training time, we've managed to remove a significant chunk of the backlog, and we're almost there after two months of backlog slaying!
Looking toward the future, there's a lot we get to do once we get through the brunt of the tickets. While some of that work is happening in parallel, I'm excited to spend more time building a support ecosystem ready for the next big spike :)
If you've been waiting for a response, thanks for your patience. Nearly every ticket will get a response1, so if you haven't gotten one yet, hang tight! Remember to post bug reports to our forum here.

but not necessarily all of them - heavily duplicated reports, bad memes, and "your website sucks" are getting summarily closed for now, sorry!!
