yeah that's why google always gets so mad about people sleeping at the office: in contrast to elon, who is a fucking idiot, they know that if they even turn a blind eye to that kind of thing they can get in huge trouble for their commercial facilities being used for purpose of residence

back in 2020 or so i predicted that partial office conversions would take place- with companies either courting tech firms for satalite hybrid offices or offices themselves 'leasing' out the converted floors to a third party for restaurants & housing (which would be 'desirable' since your 'commute' is an elevator)
