post con depression is absolutely kicking my ass. i was doing fine but then a thing happened at work that just absolutely fucked me up and it hit me how much rather i would be just in the same headspace i was at FWA all the time compared to the day to day routine.

I had the same thing happen to me, went back to work and immediately threw a fit at my emails, and then I was on call and got an absolutely wild ticket and nearly cried trying to figure out where to start...
