So, that insurance agent position with Aflac? Yeah, it's a sales job. You're not there to help customers who HAVE the insurance when they need it. You're not providing any sort of actual service or good....you're there to bait customers out of their money. You're there to talk up this insurance as some gift from God so that the customers are stupidly giving that company money...and if you don't sell enough you're gone.
I did that at Sears...that is the only job I ever walked out on.
I am not doing sales again. I have morals. I want to HELP people, not screw them over.
