Been meaning to post this for a time! Aside from drawing, hiking and biking, I’ve been working on fixing up an old racing kart of mine! Specifically, this is a ‘75-‘80 Yamaha RC100-A sprint kart frame, and Yamaha KT-100 engine.
She won’t be built for any sanctioned racing, as single-speed 100cc adult racing is no longer a class in any sanctioned racing group, but she’ll be plenty fun in parking lots being a noisy two-stroke menace, probably with PVC drift sleeves thrown on the back tires~
Though for anyone curious about what she’s capable of, from what I have been told, her setup can let her top out at 60MPH/96.6K/hr, producing a whopping 12HP at around 16000 RPM~
