It's a pun—"corps de métier" (literally "body of job") is a term for a professional organization like a guild, but "coeur" means heart. @zandravandra came up with this as a parallel to Harry's "esprit de corps" skill, the idea being that it represents Kim's pride in his police work as it intersects with his love for Harry.
