in the phoenix metropolitan area, 5th 10th largest in the united states, there are no 24 hour diners that are not Denny's, IHOP, or Waffle House. And after several recent samplings of them, I can tell you that this leaves us in a state of affairs where over 1.6 4.8 million people cannot leave their homes at any time and go to a place where they can get a club sandwich.
And I think that's a tragedy.
