as terminally online as i am, i am not young. my coworker, however, is, and is all over areas of tiktok that i cannot fathom, including a rather bright burst some weeks ago during the pre-launch weekend of the last call of duty where a bunch of bros got very upset at the fact that their girlfriends were slightly interested in this guy after some in-game dialogue where he proclaims that he's attractive under the mask.

something I will say in modern warfare II (the 2022 one)'s defense is that the game seems to have realized how silly a character Ghost is at this point, and so it does make a handful of jokes at his expense
this is one of the only nice things I can say about that game though
grumpy-cartoon-skeleton technospider would be a great look if not for the extremely tacky gun
it's not even really appealing to the tier-1 operator fantasy at this point; it's more appealing to the fantasy of having a tier-1 operator fantasy
