It's very context dependent, then, each medium has strengths and weakenesses in terms of accessibility. The world is flawed and you will always be lacking for a perfect solution. I would recommend approaching a medium you are comfortable with and taking advantage of the accessibility options you can.

If you mean more generally, finding a host that supports RSS is great, but that requires some self-educating because it's not standardized and needs to be configured. Ideally in a way that lets RSS readers view the entire continuous work.

This is probably not the answer you are looking for but honestly the best way to make any media accessible is to make it accessible in multiple forms (i.e. Novel, Audio Book, Graphic novel adaptation etc.) The more different ways you release something the more accessible it will be, (With the understanding that not every story translates to every medium and it's not feasible to make it for every medium) but typically any long form text medium should at least be paired with an audio equivalent to start.

I'm sorry, I know I'm a few months behind but I did not receive a notification on this reply.

But yeah, having an audio book version of any text based media is very good for being able to bring that media to folks with visual or reading impairments. It's definitely a lot more work but it does Make the book easier to digest for a lot of folks.
