I regularly discover people through the #ArtistsOnCohost and #artists on cohost tags. In no particular order, a few I've been following for a while include @astrawitch, @doodlemancy, @MLeeLunsford, @MothMonarch, @HayleyMulch, @victoria-scott, @stasanie, @knifemilk, and @norareeddesigns. That said, what's "neat" depends what you're looking for, as cohost's really got All Sorts.
There are also a number of "theme" accounts that share content of a particular sort, rather than being the work of a single artist. Noteworthy examples (some of which are run by the same person) include @objects, @publicdomaintreasures, @hashiramasenju, @xueyang, @hexuan, and @selene.
There's @kinomoto, though I feel everyone on cohost knows her at this point. And @petday hasn't been active here for a few months, but their art is worth looking at.
I've made a few arts myself, you can find them tagged on my profile! Currently, though, I'm recovering from a wrist injury, so I'm temporarily banned from drawing :(
