The whole "there's no safe amount of alcohol" thing is true, but, like, that messaging isn't going to achieve much to get people to stop drinking.

They'd honestly have better luck with decriminalising every drug and making available safer GABAergics. Let people buy, for example, GHB that's been diluted down to the same kind of strength as alcoholic beverages.
