i think it's because none of this is considered kinks per se, in the sense that the vast majority of people are under the impression that kink means freaky shit, not just... sexual fantasies or whatever. so, because this is manifested by white cishets as you put, they don't fall under the kink umbrella, nor even violation of human rights umbrella. it's just personal preferences and are treated as such

everything is weird and disgusting, unless it's something they're into! then it's just a matter of taste, of course. who cares if it's actually damaging to society
