I think a lot about how there's places that have huge "DEI" initiatives but still expect their trans workers to have the same performance as they did before the attacks became overt, their employees capable of getting pregnant have the same performance as before the anti-abortion stuff got overt and active, the entirety of the BLM pushback for Black workers.
at this point being put on a PIP is almost a badge of honor innit
anyway most of those companies' profile photos just went rainbow today, and we'll see them in all the pride parades.
