Pouring lattes upside down produces Funβ’ results when you're using long shots, ahaha.
(I've yet to sort out a clear way of preventing channelling with my shots, so I mostly just pour incredibly long shots.
It's a cheap espresso machine which I got second-hand, TBF. I'm not expecting anything award-winning out of it, and the actual coffee it produces is pretty good, if I'm using good beans ground correctly.)
