- This one isn't happening any time soon, for a wide range of reasons, but some kind of trip solely by train (or walking, or buses within cities, etcetera) from Thurso, Scotland to Busan, ROK — largely because that'd involve going through many interesting places, but also because it'd be a remarkably long train journey.
- Spending a few months just kinda exploring Sweden. Also impractical, but it'd be really cool?
- Southern Brazil — because I've got friends there! Like, I'd like to see more than just the south, but I at least want to visit Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo, Curitiba, and Porto Alegre (as well as whatever places are interesting between those cities) at some point in my life.
- At some point, I'd be interested in visiting Iran. (Which I should probably narrow down further eventually, as that's like saying "I want to visit the whole of Western Europe", size-wise.)
- Iceland, but mostly not the heavily touristed areas within a few hours of Reykjavík, in the winter. …with someone who I could visit thermal baths and saunas with. ghfdghfdghdgfh And also for aurora-watching, of course.
- Japan, by rail. Because of course. (Though going there in the winter and skiing would be, like, aaaaaa.)
