my dog notices that too! I always wonder about it—my best hypothesis is that the cameras being on (as one of the most power-hungry components, and one of the only moving ones if the lens has mechanical stabilization) causes it to make some noise that’s too faint for us to hear.
Also possible! He does have big chihuahua ears that seem to pick up everything.
