from what I understand, the "cohost meta" is to have a burly poster in top lane, a roaming, ganking poster in the jungle, a more caster-oriented poster in mid lane, and two posters in bottom lane (one to farm posts, the other to support)

I wouldn't say it's a solved problem. It's really rock-paper-scissors out there, no shortage of burly bottoms in contention on this webbed site.
