Sometimes I'll talk about my creative vision of women turning into monsters and someone will be like "yeah I love Medusa/Sirens/whatever" and it's like no no you don't understand! This isn't a seductive woman killing a man with her wiles thing. That's boring. My vision is forsaking the concept of womanhood to ascend/descend into a creature incomprehensible to the concept of sex and gender.
