it may be a little tricky to frame seinfeld as an expression of the human condition, but with enough scholarship and rhetoric, all things are possible

'expression of the human condition' is a misnomer. my contention (or perhaps more accurately my methodological axiom) is that texts which can be said to contain the human condition in fact present a vision of the human condition that we can live through.
