Since I couldn't find a way to say this professionally on the application itself, my ideal candidate is an "ex-fandom" or older fandom person who has seen the brunt of what drama (shipwars, theory wars, that sort of stuff) can do to split up communities, and has some experience addressing incidents and ensuring to the best of your ability that they don't happen again.
I will not lie, this position is going to be pretty demanding, but it's important work I would do myself if I weren't the Producer for this company
