It's been 2 years since I released my first visual novel Pillars on Poppy Hills! The story and characters are near and dear to my heart still, and I'm really greatful for the kind words and reception I've received since I first published it.

i have been permanently suspended from twitter for no reason. help me tell people.

this lovely evening after feeding my cats i was rudely and suddenly informed by twitter that my account, papaira_x (also where the majority of my platform is) was suspended for...um..."platform manipulation and spam".

after reviewing the policy page for this rule, i'm pretty sure i actually didn't violate a goddamn thing, much less anything that warranted permanent suspension.

  • my account, which has been around since the mid-2010s, primarily contains content such as my artwork and my impressions on various pieces of media.

  • my account has never been used to undermine the integrity of elections.

  • my account does not promote the buying or selling of accounts.

  • my account was not created to mimic or replace a suspended account.

  • my account is not attributable to an entity known to violate the Twitter Rules.

this is very dangerous for me. i am disabled by severe mental illness and cannot get a "normal" job, so i rely on art commissions and such to make money. i have been trying to point people towards my other social media accounts for months, but the twitter remained the one with the most followers.

i sent an appeal, but i have no idea if it will help. so if you followed me on there or know people who did, please let them know i'm here on cohost, as well as tumblr, ko-fi, and instagram.

and of course, if you would like to send me something to put in my savings to weather this bullshit, you can send me a ko-fi.
