cohost is the website where i can post some awful collapse of civilization shit, and someone tells me it gave them a real bad vibe, and instead of me getting mad that they made their problems my problems, i can just apologize and go put a cw on it. it's free! it doesn't require me to delete the post and all of its comments and all follow on posts and completely fuck up the whole conversation! so i can do the right thing without getting punished for not doing it in the first place when i was staring down the barrel of the end of society as we know it and also needed to go out and get groceries! and i don't get punished for it because the site is deliberately architected to be completely worthless to the kind of people who would abuse this capability! paradise. freedom. cohost.
