my current view on msys2 after trying to build inkscape with it is that it's a nonfunctional piece of shit that doesn't work. pacman seems to freeze randomly on arm64 and honestly the developers saying shit like "just disable your antivirus" (which i did and it still doesnt work) doesn't make things look good imo.
