this is a bit tricky since i've never like, shopped around for an ISA, so i only have (limited) experience with a few of them. and the one i have the most experience with is the gbz80 which is not going to win here haha

i guess the easy answer is ARM since it's steadily eating the world and seems to be doing so for good reasons. but i've reversed it more than i've written it. meaningful bits! delightful. (see, how many others have meaningful bits? i have no idea)

i definitely cannot speak to worst because i'm sure there are horrors beyond my wildest imagination out there

imo that’s a great choice!

I remember learning Arm asm for the GBA and feeling like I’d reached the promised lands. (then had a painful discovery because the fun cool stuff has 32bit words which don’t play nice with the hardware…)
