Chicken, rice, celery, carrots, finish with lemon juice to taste. Heated up a garlic bread to go with it. Friggen delicious. Cc @harvestsoup
My notes from the previous time I made it said "make a double batch" so I dutifully did. Which took 4 onions, 6 carrots, 6 celery, 2lb chicken, and FIFTEEN CUPS OF CHICKEN BROTH. of which I used 5 cups of turkey broth I made from last Thanksgiving's turkey and better than boullion plus water for the rest. It turned out great
