My asks are open for reporting offensive plates, but if you'd like to propose community license plates in there, that might be fun!
Just format it like this:

License plate: <license plate here (up to 7 alphanumeric characters excluding spaces)>
Customer: <whatever your comments or explanation is (ALL CAPS)>

I'll render a license plate and respond as the DMV and label it as a community plate.
