It's sad but true, there was a time I just made one of these posts to Instagram (hence the "Mistigram" title) and used IFTTT to syndicate them everywhere. But not all usernames are claimed by the same users everywhere, so that would add some noise to the signal. Now I'm just manually cutting and pasting the descriptions across like a dozen services, and ... while I could sanitize and re-write the descriptions as I go, I think the cost in slowing down the rate at which I'm able to post would be a poor trade-off.
But absolutely I can put you in touch with the artist if you like! "Mike Rose" is @pixelblip1 on Twitter, or I can pass messages to him directly if you opt to not get your hands dirty on that musky service.
The native platform through which this art is intended to be distributed is an "artpack", a zipfile full of individual files of computer art, including a "memberlist" with bio blurbs and contact info for the contributors. You can see a recent example at https://16colo.rs/pack/mist0523/MIST0523.MEM.ANS , though in this case it points you to Mike's Instagram account that he hasn't actually used in a dog's age.
