Glimmer of darkness

I press buttons until the light matrix shows colors I like. Currently working mostly with Elixir and Rust on various personal projects.

I'm the bitch who complains that the ending of Interstellar involves extremely inefficient transmission of information

I've had enough of "accessibility guidelines" and "user-friendly interfaces", I need hostile UI: buttons that stab you when you press them

On a more serious note I wish video games had deeper ways to cause discomfort, there's some nice tricks to make the player feel weird that you can use when they take damage for instance but idk I wish ets2 could shake my chair around and bang my head against one of those rigid car seat cushions when I impact a car or that I could feel the radiating heat of lava impacting my face as I build a flimsy bridge in the Nether or that I felt the edge of a sword slice through me when I get hit in b&s. In a way I wish there were more fun ways games could be directly hostile to the player

That said I would not play a game that actually just kills me
