I feel like there's a substantial group of english speaking people who don't have an intuition for names being in lastname-firstname "reverse order" when encountering japanese names formatted as such, and yet everyone just gets Hatsune Miku in particular for some reason. I don't think I've ever heard anyone stop to say "oh by the way her first name is miku not hatsune" because everyone just understands. her name is miku and her name is hatsune miku. I find it fascinating that nobody seems to ever mess that up.
