Some days I wonder if I am being explicitly nerd-sniped by some sinister force who realizes that if they keep saying “you know, I heard ‘cell phones’ got their name because it was a way of keeping traveling employees under ‘house arrest’ by their managers” or whatever I will not be able to use my industriousness to for example destroy capitalism.
But I spare you my thoughts on today’s word, bitch.
…I write my posts in another app so they don’t accidentally disappear and also so that I don’t have to do my smartquotes manually, but I added the last line in later and didn’t want to figure out how to do smartquotes on my own but did want to set the word apart somehow. But now it just looks like your language lessons were brought to you by Jesse Pinkman.
