yeah, milk is my favorite custom mac theme! i'm failing to find a screenshot of it right now, but i definitely made some changes (improved contrast for all buttons to meet WCAG 3:1 guidelines, for example) and iirc only the window buttons used a split gradient on milk? i think the toolbar buttons were more of a smooth gradient with some fancy shadows? i like the subtle white split gradient so i went with that :) the titlebar buttons are a circular gradient too which is fun and feels more rounded
