Hey does anyone know anyone looking for housing in west Massachusetts... We have a room open in our house and I need to find a new housemate like soon

House is weird but rent is cheap

(We found someone last month, but then they had to back out at the last minute, said they'd pay rent for the month anyway which was generous but then... didn't, and stopped responding)
