This manhwa (I Became the Villain's Trainer) really reaches some peaks when it comes to goofiness of romance storylines where one of the leads is an animal. The worldbuilding here is that there's like a whole duchy worth of people who are secretly werewolves, and the werewolves are all puppies until their sixteenth birthday, at which point they can assume a human form, but they lose all their memories up to that point. Can you imagine if, like, Nebraska, for example, had no human babies anywhere to be found, only adults, teenagers, and dogs, and none of the teenagers had memories of their childhoods, and they thought they could keep that whole situation under wraps?
