From A Red Knight Does Not Blindly Follow Money, which is currently one of my fav villainess stories, although not in the now-classic otome game sense. Rather, the protagonist is basically a mid-level villain who works for an evil prince. She's a mercenary-minded person struggling with debt who will basically do whatever kind of dirty work, and is aloof and transactional in her relationships with others.
She ends up being murdered by her employer but gets time-looped, and she re-evaluates both her priorities and her friends. She doesn't really become a good person overnight as often happens with this subgenre, but by taking responsibility for forming her own judgments she gradually becomes very different.
The art's also good!
