It's weird to me that neither of these seems to exist:
- A double-walled/insulated pouring kettle
- A cap for any of the popular insulated water bottle brands that's designed to be suitable for pourovers
I know that almost everyone in fancy coffee land uses a Fellow Stagg or knockoff, and a lot of the standalone non-electric kettles are coming from Japanese companies and designed for recipes that use lower brewing temps anyway.
Still it seems like there would be a market for the former in commercial settings and the latter for the "coffee outside" people. I wonder if the thing preventing insulated pouring kettles is that they're afraid people would try to use them on a stove?
(There are definitely vacuum bottle lids that are designed for pouring through, but most are pretty bad at it.)
